About Paul Dutton

A seasoned professional dedicated to volunteering in Community Emergency Management,
combining exceptional organizational skills with nearly four decades of business leadership.

As LASD Crescenta Valley CERT Coordinator since 2000, Paul has trained over 1,000 individuals, integrating them into the Community Emergency Response Plan. He has developed interagency citywide drills with Sheriffs, Fire Departments, and the Red Cross.

Paul holds a BA in Political Science & International Relations from UC Santa Barbara, with a minor in Business. This academic background fuels his strategic approach to emergency management.
